Brett LaChappelle spent several years as a recreational vehicle (RV) warranty administration specialist at Kunes RV in Cleveland, Wisconsin. He earned Employee of the Month honors while serving in this role, which involved authoring claims, submitting claims for approval, and managing a variety of related administrative duties. During his time at Kunes RV, Brett LaChappelle developed an RV warranty administration training seminar that the company presented to executives, managers, and administrators.

Mr. LaChappelle studied sports medicine at Brigham Young University, holds a certificate in biblical counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and has completed a master's certificate in life coaching. His professional skills include analytical thinking, accounting, and organization.

Beyond his professional activities, Mr. LaChappelle is a passionate supporter of people with cognitive conditions, such as autism. He has also spoken about his personal experiences living with chronic pancreatitis. He enjoys staying active through RV camping, cycling, and gardening. He also uses a machine and various woodworking tools to create crafts, decor, and outdoor furniture.
